With over 15 years’ experience in the London residential markets, he has developed a reputation for his deal-making ability and quick decision-making. His primary focus is deal origination, funding, and exit strategy, underpinned by a £1 billion+ gross development value transaction history. Joe benefits from an extensive contact base and solid relationships that facilitate the continuous growth and evolution of the business.

Bringing more than 10 years of experience in project management, consultancy and tech in both the private and public sectors, Harry is responsible for ensuring our spaces are delivered successfully as well as managing the financial and operational aspects of the business. When he’s not doing that, he’s pouring over architectural plans to ensure every last detail meets the highest possible standard for our residents.

A chartered Architect and Development Manager with over a decade working in elite architectural and project management roles, Akhil has delivered some of the most prestigious and challenging schemes in recent years. He is responsible for managing our developments, refining the company’s approach to ensuring projects are realised to the highest quality, on cost and on time. Akhil maintains a voracious aptitude in design and he ensures the best performance from the first-rate teams we build.

Raju is responsible for LGL’s financial planning, reporting and accounting operations to ensure full fiscal health and compliance. Having worked for a range of private and publicly traded UK companies, he brings more than 30 years of experience in the property and development business to the role. Always ahead of the curve, he loves to stay informed about the latest changes to interest rates, HMRC tax rules and accounting standards.
